Benefits of the Cloud for Small Businesses

Small businesses are unique in their operational needs - not quite small enough to be considered an individual person, not quite large enough to qualify as a mass market commercial entity. Yet, small businesses as a whole contribute a significant amount of revenue to our economies. According to the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman, in 2016 there were 2,065,523 small businesses in Australia employing less than 19 people, accounting for a whopping 97 per cent of all Australian businesses. These small businesses can all benefit from the efficiencies of cloud computing, which allow them to focus on developing or improving their product or service.
